New Equipment Training and Fielding

INTERFUZE provides Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), and New Equipment Training for the Analytical Lab System (ALS) Modified Work Order (MWO) production and deployment vehicles. This includes training to each of the fifty-eight National Guard Civil Support Teams (CSTs) and was awarded by the Joint Program Executive Office – Chemical, Biological, and Radiological Defense (JPEO CBRND). The ALS is a deployable field analytical lab vehicle used to facilitate the identification of CBRNE substances and provide situational awareness from the incident site to Federal, State, and Local Government officials.

INTERFUZE is providing logistics support services, updating technical data and manuals, training materials, and logistics support documentation. Our team of trainers is performing New Equipment Training (NET) on the ALS MWO vehicle as well as analytical equipment for each of the CSTs. We are also providing information assurance (IA) updates and maintain the Risk Management Framework (RMF) of the seventy ALS MWO vehicles. We will also repair and replace equipment that may be damaged during training exercises.

Training Scenario Development and Execution

INTERFUZE provides training scenario development and execution to many military and civilian clients. For example, we provided subject matter expertise, management, and coordination in support of the Michigan Army National Guard (MIANG) Exercise Northern Exposure CRE Training Exercise. This large scale training exercise provided an opportunity for Military, Federal, State, and Local responders to work together to increase operational capability in a domestic environment. The event included 175 events and injects and took place at eight separate training venues throughout the state of Michigan, involving over 2,700 participants.

We provided subject matter expertise to develop exercise material; event injects, scenario events, venue planning, and synchronization. We supported the sequencing of DoD forces (state and federal) into the arrival of the exercise based on Unit Prepare to Deploy Order (PTDO). We coordinated and managed role players (displaced civilians, casualties), mannequins, and moulage, smoke generation, noise generation, debris, and vehicles for each exercise event.
