The History of InterFuze Corporation
In November of 2024, InterFuze announced a new ownership structure. Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Daniel Gade, along with a small group of investors, acquired the company. Mr. Gade now serves as the owner and CEO of InterFuze. The acquisition will allow InterFuze to re-certify as a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in early 2025.
InterFuze was founded in 2015 by Walter Batson, former founder, Chairman, and CEO of Camber Corporation and Scott Butler, former Managing Director and CEO of Redstone Government Consulting. Headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, InterFuze has experienced steady growth by providing comprehensive solutions and services and consistently exceeding client expectations. InterFuze's senior management team is made up of diverse leaders that bring an excellent, broad base of experience across the aerospace and defense marketplace.
In January of 2016, InterFuze acquired InfoPro Corporation (IPC), a company with more than 30 successful years of providing professional services to Military, Civil, State, and local government agencies.
