•    Option: 05/15/2022 - 05/14/2027
 

Description: The objective of the RS3 MA-IDIQ contract is to provide best-value, knowledge-based support services for requirements with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR)- related needs. Technical support areas include: 

  • Engineering Services

  • Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) Services

  • Logistics Services

  • Acquisition and Strategic Planning Services

  • Education and Training Services

 

The RS3 contract is intended to replace various expiring MA-IDIQs, including the R2-3G (Rapid Response – Third Generation) Contract.

Task Order Types: Individual task orders allowed under this agreement are Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF term or completion), Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF), Cost (no fee).


Small Business Considerations: Following a market survey, certain task orders will be restricted to small businesses:

  1.  Task orders under $10 million,

  2.  Task orders for acquisition and strategic planning services IAW PWS para C.3.4, or

  3. Task orders for which the Contracting Officer determines it is in the best interest of the Government to set aside the task order for SB concerns identified in FAR 19.000(a)(3) in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(F).
