Ceiling: Unlimited | For task orders, no protests allowed if under a $10M threshold
 

Period of Performance: 

• 10-year base (five-year base plus one five-year option period)

• Period of performance ends 2035-2036 (varies by IDIQ, up to 126 months after award)
   

General Overview:  One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a successor to the legacy OASIS contract. OASIS+ is organized by domains — functional groupings of related services that span multiple NAICS codes. Currently available OASIS+ domains include Management & Advisory, Technical & Engineering, Research & Development, Intelligence Services, Environmental, Facilities, and Enterprise Solutions. The program consists of six separate, distinct IDIQ contracts designated small business set-aside programs, and an additional IDIQ awarded on an unrestricted basis. Order Types: 

• All contract types are allowed, including fixed-price, labor-hour, time-and-materials, cost-reimbursement, and hybrids

Small Business Considerations:

• OASIS Small Business is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside contract (FAR 19.502) with the ability to do Socio-Economic Set-Asides (FAR 19.8 thru FAR 19.15) at the task order level

• OASIS SB is designed for long periods of use
