Julie Raper is a seasoned Finance and Accounting Executive with 20+ years of progressive experience in government contracting, corporate finance, accounting operations, compliance, and treasury management. Throughout her career, she has guided organizations through rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, system integrations, and organizational transformation, all while maintaining a strong focus on financial integrity and operational excellence.

Julie brings deep expertise in GovCon accounting and compliance, including FAR, CAS, GAAP, DCAA and DCMA requirements, indirect rate structures, government billing, financial reporting, and Deltek Costpoint. Her experience spans multi-company accounting operations, treasury management, audit leadership, internal controls, M&A integration, banking relationships, and cross-functional financial support.
