With over 20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting within the defense contracting industry, Mr. Fargnoli has held multiple leadership roles and contributed to the growth and profitability of several organizations. He possesses a proven track record in driving financial statement accuracy, forecasting, pricing strategy, regulatory compliance, and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) support.

Before joining InterFuze, Mr. Fargnoli most recently served as Controller at Sealing Technologies and Wood Consulting Services. He also proudly served six years in the United States Marine Corps.

A strong advocate for ethical decision-making, transparency, and continuous improvement, Mr. Fargnoli believes these principles are key to delivering customer value and achieving long-term financial success. His results-oriented approach focuses on data-driven decision-making and risk mitigation to guide companies through complex financial challenges.
Mr. Fargnoli is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Maryland and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys running, golfing, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with his wife and two dogs.
