Joint Enterprise – Research, Development, Acquisition, and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP)

Period of Performance: 

• Ordering Period: November 1, 2017 to November 1, 2027

• Ten (10) year Base Period

• Individual task order performance may continue for up to five (5) years beyond the Ordering Period

This contract vehicle establishes a cadre of qualified contractors (IDIQ holders) to compete for JE-RDAP task/delivery orders for future research, development, production, procurement, and fielding of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) defense systems, equipment, and materiel. The JPEO-CBRND intends to utilize the JE-RDAP IDIQ contract to execute RDAP activities to provide CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Medical Devices; Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems; and CBRN Information Systems to the Warfighter.  

 

JE-RDAP task/delivery orders awarded under the JE-RDAP MA IDIQ contracts will be competed as fair opportunity among the IDIQ holders. Orders will be released and awarded to JE-RDAP IDIQ Holders only.

Small Business Considerations: A partial small business set aside may be established for RDAP Orders having an overall threshold value of $10M for the duration of the RDAP Order with no more than $5M for each year of performance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes determined as most applicable are contained within Sector 54/Sub-Sector 541, Professional, Scientific and Technical Services:

• 541511 Custom Computer Programming (Size Standard - $27.5M);

• 541512 Computer Systems Design (Size Standard - $27.5M);

• 541714 R&D in Biotechnology (except nanotechnology) (Size Standard – 500 Employees), and;

• 541715 R&D in Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology and nanotechnology) (Size Standard – 500 Employees)
