Dean Crossman 
Contracts Manager 

 

Mr. Crossman began his career in commercial buying before transitioning to defense contracting in 2003. Mr. Crossman has well‑rounded business experience and held managerial contract and subcontract positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Deloitte, and prominent manufacturing firms prior to joining InterFuze Corporation.

Mr. Crossman has over a decade of experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and lean methodologies, having led numerous lean focused events and Kaizen workshops aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall efficiency. His passion for operational excellence reflects this commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.  

In addition to contract management, Mr. Crossman specializes in procurement and subcontracts, particularly Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontracts. He holds a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) certificate through the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and possesses a Master’s degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University. Using his extensive background in purchasing system compliance, Mr. Crossman successfully navigated three Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) audits, demonstrating his commitment to upholding stringent procurement standards and regulations. 

Outside of work, Dean enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, kayaking, and spending time at the beach. He cherishes spending quality time with his family — whether it’s exploring new hiking trails together or simply enjoying a relaxing day at home.
